I started in electronics 40 years ago with a Radio Shack electronics lab kit my grandfather bought for me. I built every project in that book, and then set off to build my own creations. I have worked with electronics ever since. I spent over 15 years employed first as a broadcast engineer for local NBC affiliate station WCSH-TV, and then as a field technician for the EZ Pass component of the Maine Turnpike.
As well as being an experienced amp and electric instrument technician, I also service most types of audio electronics including PA and recording equipment, and some home stereo systems. Services include systems troubleshooting down to board or component level, wiring, full cleaning/tightening/adjustment tune ups, speaker re-coning or replacement, and microphone repair. I can help you restore your vintage gear, or determine if your more modern day equipment is cost effective to repair.
